Anne Herring Devore

A fierce and loyal daughter, sister, friend, aunt, wife, mother, and grandmother, Anne Herring Devore said goodbye to this life on September 8, 2024. She loves and is survived by her grandchildren - Brandon Kelley, Meaghan Landew, and Thomas Manley; and her daughter and son-in-law, Rene and Kent Manley. Although an extremely private woman, many were aware of her chronic health condition. Her community observed, enjoyed, dreaded, and prayed over its symptoms. Anne and her childhood friend shared a birthday and would have celebrated their 77th next month, on Halloween.

Family and friends are encouraged to join on Saturday, September 14 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM to celebrate her life at the Sunbright Inn, Defuniak Springs.
