Patricia "Patty" Ann Bayne

Patricia Ann Bayne, born January 29, 1957, at Eglin Air Force Base, passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 67. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched all who knew her.

Patty was the youngest of 6 children and is preceded in death by her parents J Alexander Bayne and Priscilla Bayne, and her brother, Michael Bayne. She is survived by the father of her children, Jeffrey Koonce, and her three beloved children: Nicholas Koonce and his wife Shelia, Terry Parker and her husband Caleb, and Alex Koonce. She also leaves behind six grandchildren: Joshua Koonce, Leeland Parker, Emery Parker, Oliver Parker, Meghan Armer, and Salem Parker, who were the light of her life. Additionally, Patty is survived by four siblings: Mary Hammond, Jim Bayne, Beverly Van Damme, and Bobby Bayne.

Throughout her life, Patty found joy in the simple pleasures. She had a deep love for ballet, which she pursued with grace and dedication. The beach was her sanctuary, where she found peace and solitude in the waters of the Gulf. She also loved gardening, and, most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

Patty will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
